Marina's Progesterone reading was 17 on Sun 13 /1/2008 She was mated on Tuesday 15/1/2008, and Thursday 17/1/2008, An ultrasound was performed on 14/2/2008 and confirmed pregnancy. An XRay on 10th march confirmed that five Puppies are due. Five Puppies finally born on 18th March 2008.

Marina is a beautiful girl who has had many Best in Hound group wins and she is just 60 points from being awarded her Grand Champion title. Marina has a loving temperament and is very "Showy". She is a very cooperative bitch and so easy to show. Marina has beautiful large eyes (So rare in our breed these days) She is strong but feminine. Shown here Marina was 2 weeks pregnant with this current litter.
Marina comes from a long line of 'More Beautiful Than Usual' bitches.
Her Mother, Grand Mother & Great Grand Mother are multiple best headed bitches at ridgeback specialty shows. Her Grand Father is a Best Headed Dog winner at National & State ridgeback specialty shows. Her Father is a Best in National Specialty show winner. Marina's brother Sinbad is also a big show winner having won Best Of Breed and Runner Up Best in Hound Group at The Sydney Royal Easter Show 2007 - Sinbad also won Challenge Dog at the 2008 Sydney Royal Easter Show. Texas is an upstanding proud dog with a lovely strong masculine head, yet not coarse. He is well defined in Stop and has lovely round eyes. He is strong in bone but not massive. His chest is deep and capacious, front is strong and feet very good. He is strong in loin and rises correctly over the loin and good croup. His rear stands 4 square and parallel. All of this bundled with a temperament to die for. As a stud dog he was gentle but knew exactly what he was doing!
